The structure of the court is characterized by a self-supporting design composed of structural tubing. It is securely closed and anchored using two perimeter rings at the top and bottom, crafted from robust 5mm structural sheet metal.

The structure is reinforced with galvanized steel, which can be painted or coated with a baked epoxy polyester resin. The court features electro-welded galvanized mesh measuring 50x50x4mm, designed with a seamless finish to avoid any protrusions.

Frames are constructed using a 2mm thick structural tube, adhering to strict specifications, complete with three horizontal crossbars measuring 40x5mm.
To prevent buckling, we focus on delivering a premium finish that permits an unobstructed view, free from any structural elements surrounding the perimeter of glass. Custom features are incorporated into doorposts and other structural components.

Clients can choose up to 2 colors for the structure.

Certified 12mm tempered glass is utilized for both panoramic backgrounds and side panels, allowing for the installation of two large 2x3m windows, equaling the size of the back panels or allowing for a traditional system. All glass is mounted on 5mm neoprene to minimize vibrations and damage. The tempered glass adheres to a standardized production process compliant with UNE EN -1 standards.

The metallic components are finished with a thermosetting polyester powder paint, specifically formulated to ensure durability against corrosion and UV rays while also exhibiting excellent resistance to physical impacts.

After electrostatic application of the powder paint, these components are transferred to an oven, where they are heated between 180ºC and 200ºC for polymerization to occur.

In coastal or marine environments, where salt fog poses a corrosion risk (especially within the first 100m), we implement additional protective measures for the metal framework of the court.

The structure's paint color can be chosen from the RAL palette, and clients have the option of utilizing two shades—such as applying a different color to the spotlight poles.
