In some cases, crossbars may need to be trimmed to support fastener clearance during placement. Saddle clips are typically placed in the same spots as welds unless specified otherwise. Each fastener possesses a diameter of 1/4 inch (6.4 mm).

Weld lugs come into play for installations requiring grating removal. Positioned like the welds, these lugs utilize fasteners with a diameter of 1/4 inch (6.4 mm).
