DURABILITY
Goto Shengtailuo Case &Bag to know more.
Durable wholesale luggage is not only a key for satisfaction but also a matter of saving money. When it comes to durability, the most important factor is the quality of material. In addition, adopting certain construction technologies also aids in increasing the resiliency.
This means the cases can withstand the rigors of travel. More importantly, the internal frame suitcases can bear the pressure of stacking in storage compartments. On the other hand, soft bags are more vulnerable to this pressure, though frames increase their durability.
Suitcases are also designed to resist rough handling. For instance, reinforced handles, corners, and wheels act as protection from damage emanating from dropping or dragging. Thirdly, materials to manufacture cases are chosen to withstand wear and tear. Nylon and polyester fabrics are often treated with coatings that give them extra longevity.
Lastly, waterproof features in suitcases ensure the safety of interior items when exposed to moisture. Hardshell cases have watertight zippers and seals. Soft cases are treated with water-resistant coatings.
MATERIALS

Suitcases come in various materials. These include hardshells and softshells.
The most common materials for hard-shell cases include polycarbonate, aluminum, and ABS plastic. They are lighter yet incredibly strong. Polycarbonate is highly impact-resistant and keeps the case from denting on impact. It is also used by some brands because it can be molded into sleek, high-tech designs people love.
Others use aluminum since it not only brings sturdy protection, but also has a polished and classy surface. However, aluminum is quite pricey. ABS plastic comes next as a more accessible alternative to aluminum. Though not as strong as polycarbonate, it is still lightweight and quite durable.
For the softshells, nylon and polyester fabric are the most preferred. This is because they are both lightweight and resilient. Nylon has better resistance to abrasions, thus making it ideal for rough handling. Polyester, on the other hand, is less expensive. It is also commonly treated to enhance its water resistance, thus better protecting the contents in rainy conditions.
Finally, the inner lining incorporates polyester or nylon as well. However, for premium cases, the inner lining is often silk or other soft fabrics. This helps protect delicate items from scratches and damage.
